I’ve always loved writing – academic writing, philosophical writing, reflective writing, campaigning, process notes writing, nothingness writing… But it was only when my, pretending to be perfect, external world turned upside down, ripping open the internal me, that I discovered the healing art of writing. Since then journaling became part of my way of processing my inner world. Not the “Dear Journal”-stuff your teacher wanted to hear. No, the raw unprocessed me. The hair raising inner thoughts. The stuff that sends ripples down my spine when I have the guts to read it back to myself. The stuff that reveals the darkest corners, ready to be enlightened. But also the stuff that comes from heaven, the angels, all that is wiser than me, and our Source. Words that can stimulate healing or undiscovered wisdom in others. And then I need to share…
Interesting Articles
